Esta propiedad de una planta revestida de piedra ubicada en la campiña de pollença, ofrece paz, privacidad y un mucha comodidad. Un corto camino conduce a la casa con la entrada en el lateral, bajo una terraza cubierta en un amplio y confortable salón / comedor. El salón cuenta con una chimenea, vigas de techos abovedados, TV, reproductor de DVD y puertas que dan a la terraza de la piscina. La cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, desayunador y despensa. Lavadero con lavadora. A un extremo del comedor está la habitación principal con aire acondicionado y con baño en suite muy bonito. Un pasillo conduce desde el comedor a un dormitorio doble con baño y un segundo dormitorio doble con un baño adyacente completo. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. La piscina cuenta con una zona poco profunda para los niños y se encuentra entre amplias terrazas y jardines de césped en la parte trasera de la propiedad. Hay una ducha exterior en la piscina y un parque infantil con columpios. Una bonita terraza cubierta ofrece mucha sombra y es un lugar encantador para cenar al aire libre. Hay una pérgola para protegerse del sol y una barbacoa que completan la zona exterior.

What a beautiful place to stay! The villa is in a great location, situated within a short drive of many lovely restaurants. The grounds are wonderful throughout the day with perfect sun loungers and the swimming pool is excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and it is a great place to stay in Mallorca.

All aspects of the villa are superb. Right from the moment you drive in through the large iron gate, up the long drive, past all the lovely flowers and garden. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with a superb interior, living room, dining room and kitchen. There are three generous bedrooms and three generous bathrooms.
The outside space (front and rear) is magic. The pool is wonderful and the space to play with children is amazing.
For cooking the kitchen is the best equipped we have ever had in a villa. There is also a fantastic BBQ.
A wonderful place to stay, feels like you are in the middle of nowhere (there are a number of villas in the vicinity), but you are a short drive from the beach, Pollence and lots of adventures.

Our second stay at this villa. We think the villa is amazing and is just perfect for our family holiday. Gorgeous villa set in lovely, well cared for gardens. Pool a great size and depth, and view from the veranda and seating area stunning. Really well stocked kitchen, which is great as we did lots of cooking and had all the cooking utensils that we needed. Location is great for Pollenca and trips to the beach in Puerto Pollenca. Kids loved the lime tree and amount of space around the villa to explore. Villa tastefully furnished, and was really clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Also, pool could ideally have been cleaned for often. Near the end of the holiday it was getting a bit dirty, and with no net for us to remove insects etc (be great if there was one!) meant we couldn´t help keep clean.

Ruhige Lage, aber doch zentral.Gute Beleuchtung auf dem Grundstück.
Toll ist auch der Tresor an der Haustür für die Haustürschlüssel.
1 A Service.Freundliche deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Stromausfall. Notfall Tel.Nr. vorhanden, es wurde sofort ein Mitarbeiter geschickt und nach einer halben Stunde war der Strom wieder da.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca und Nordvillas nur weiterempfehlen.Danke für die gute Betreuung auch bei der Buchung!
